      We are a company that works hand in hand with the neighborhoods, banks, HOA’s and homeowners to eliminate vacant homes. The unfortunate downturn in our economy has created an environment that is causing many homeowners to walk away from their homes. These vacant homes are then left unoccupied for 6-9 months before the foreclosure process can allow the bank to take possession and sell the property. During this time many of these properties are involved in some type of criminal activity, vandalized or just become an eyesore due to the lack of maintenance they receive. These things usually begin after the property has been vacant for 30-60 days.

      Vacant Home Relief identifies the vacated property quickly and works to locate the homeowner to workout the necessary documentation to allow the bank to take immediate possession of the property. Our goal is to accomplish that before the criminals and weeds even know the house is vacant.
